Shipping
How much is shipping?
Subscription orders ship free, every time. Single orders are a flat $2.99, and orders of $30 or more ship free.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, then ship via USPS Ground Advantage, which usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Most orders arrive within 4 to 10 business days of being placed.
Where do you ship?
The United States only, including PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses, and US territories. We do not ship internationally yet.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated after five business days, email support@getmogd.com and we will chase it down.
The product
What is actually in it?
Three peptides, Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide-7 and Palmitoyl Tripeptide-5, alongside Centella asiatica, witch hazel, aloe and jojoba seed oil, plus an 11 amino acid complex. No parabens, no sulfates, no synthetic fragrance. The full ingredient list is on the product page.
How do I use it?
Apply to clean skin on your face and neck, morning or evening. Avoid the eye area. One step, that is it.
How long does one bottle last?
A 30mL bottle used once daily typically lasts around 30 to 45 days, depending on how much you use.
Who is it for?
Anyone. It is formulated to be straightforward and fragrance free rather than aimed at one skin type.
What if I have a reaction?
Stop using it and email support@getmogd.com. We refund these in full with no return required, and we log every report.
Subscriptions
How does the subscription work?
You get 10% off every order and free shipping on every delivery. Deliveries arrive every 30 days and your card is charged before each one.
Can I skip or pause a delivery?
Yes. Every order confirmation email has a link to manage your subscription. Skip, pause or cancel from there at any time.
How do I cancel?
Use the link in your order confirmation email, or email support@getmogd.com. No phone call, no explanation required, no cancellation fee. Cancellations apply immediately to all future deliveries.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No.
Returns and refunds
Can I return it?
If the product is unopened with its seal intact, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Return shipping is paid by you. Email support@getmogd.com before sending anything back.
When do you refund without a return?
If your order arrived damaged, leaking or defective, was lost in transit, was the wrong item, caused a skin reaction, or you were charged in error. Email us with your order number and a photo where relevant.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
