Shipping policy
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only, including PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses, and US territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping rates
Subscription orders ship free, every time.
Orders of two or more bottles ship free.
Single bottle orders ship for a flat $2.99.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery time
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days after processing, so most orders arrive within 4 to 10 business days of being placed. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees. Weather, holidays, and carrier delays are outside our control.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated after five business days, email support@getmogd.com and we will chase it down.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email support@getmogd.com with your order number. We will replace it or refund you in full. You do not need to file a claim with the carrier. We handle that.
Incorrect addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will reship it once at no charge.
