Cancellation policy
Some items in our store are offered as a subscription. This policy explains how your subscription works, how you are billed, and how to change or cancel it.
How subscriptions work
When you start a subscription, you receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you select at checkout. You can choose delivery every 30 day. Your payment method is stored securely and charged automatically before each delivery.
Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. There is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee.
Billing
You are charged the subscription price in effect at the time of each renewal. We will notify you by email before any price change takes effect, and you may cancel before that change applies.
Changing or cancelling
You can change your delivery frequency, skip a delivery, pause, or cancel at any time. No phone call, no explanation required.
Every order confirmation email contains a link to manage your subscription. Use it to make any change yourself, at any time. If you would rather we handle it, email support@getmogd.com and we will take care of it within 1 business day.
Cancellations take effect immediately for all future deliveries. If an order has already been charged and shipped, see our Return and Refund Policy.
